About Halligan Apparel Co

Who is Halligan Apparel Co?
Halligan Apparel Co was founded in 2018 by Dallas Martin, a career and volunteer firefighter, and relaunched in 2022 to offer quality, made-to-order apparel with no minimums. We've since grown to include leather goods, promotional products, and custom department gear — built to help firefighters and departments rep their company, station, or unit with pride.
Do you give back to the community?
Yes. We allocate 10% of our net profits to generosity and giving back.

Products

What kind of products do you sell?
Shirts & hoodies, hats, helmet pins, leather goods (chin straps, glove straps, radio straps, sway straps), custom items (like athletic shorts and blankets), stickers, helmet parts, and custom patch hats.
Do you make custom department/customer store items?
Yes — we build dedicated online stores for individual fire departments and organizations (see our Customer Stores). If you'd like one set up for your department, contact us.
How do I order a custom patch hat?
Use our Patch Hat Order Form. We offer leather, embroidered, 3D, and FlexStyleĀ® patches with your own logo. Patch hat orders require a minimum of 10 hats.
Is there a minimum order quantity for other custom apparel?
No — most of our made-to-order apparel has no minimums, so you can order as few or as many as you need.

Pricing & Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk/quantity discounts?
Yes. Bulk pricing applies to quantities of the same product (not the total items in your order):
• 20+ items: 5% off
• 50+ items: 10% off
• 70+ items: 15% off
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 ship free with code FREE100 at checkout.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long will my order take to ship?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1–2 weeks of the order date. This isn't guaranteed, since it can vary depending on order volume and inventory availability — custom and bulk department orders may take longer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, starting from the date you receive your item. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging with tags attached, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Can I return a custom or customer store item?
No. Custom items — including all customer store (department-branded) items — are final sale and not eligible for return. Only our in-house designs qualify for returns; contact us if you're not sure which category your item falls under.
How do I start a return?
Email us at halliganapparelco@gmail.com. Don't send items back before requesting a return — packages sent without an approved request won't be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at halliganapparelco@gmail.com so we can make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take additional time to post it). If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
The fastest way is to return your original item, then place a new order for the item you'd like once the return is approved.
Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
No, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
