Choose the shape that best suits your logo.
Rectangle
Best for corporate logos and text-heavy designs. Popular sizes: 3.5ā€³ Ɨ 2ā€³ or 3ā€³ Ɨ 1.5ā€³.
Circle
Great for symmetrical branding on a front panel. Sweet spot: 2.25ā€³ to 2.5ā€³ in diameter.
Square
Bold, modern block look. Popular sizes: 2ā€³ Ɨ 2ā€³ or 2.5ā€³ Ɨ 2.5ā€³.
Custom shape
Die-cut to follow the outline of your logo or artwork.

Trucker hats & snapbacks (structured, high-profile)

Can accommodate larger patches up to 3.5ā€³ wide Ɨ 2.25ā€³ high. Great for bold, statement designs.

Dad hats & unstructured caps (low-profile, soft)

Large patches can cause fabric to sag. Keep designs smaller ā€” ideally 2.5ā€³ to 3ā€³ wide Ɨ 1.5ā€³ to 1.75ā€³ high.
